WanNow Technologies Ltd (WamNow), a privately-owned financial technology company, is now the country’s fifth and newest provisional electronic money (e-money) issuer. And according to a post on LinkedIn by its chief executive officer, Mark Pereira, this regulatory approval is a ‘stepping stone toward financial empowerment in the Caribbean.’
