The Seamen and Waterfront Workers’ Trade Union (SWWTU) is still awaiting a response from the Port Authority of Trinidad and Tobago (PATT) regarding two proposals made on Friday, November 29. SWWTU president Michael Annisette told the Express in a phone interview yesterday that at that meeting, PATT asked for time to evaluate the proposals.
