The evaluation team appointed by the Cabinet to evaluate the bids for the Petrotrin refinery is near completion of its work and is about to make a recommendation to the Government. So said Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley yesterday when asked to comment on statements made by Pointe-a-Pierre MP David Lee who said the Government had selected Nigerian energy multinational company Oando Plc and that the Cabinet was divided over this decision.
