As the T&T Police Service tries to grapple with crime and robberies, communications provider Flow has partnered with Allpro Security to provide residential security to its customers. In an exclusive interview with the Business Guardian, Roberta Norman-Reverand, director of technical operations at Flow Trinidad explained that two years ago after listening to the customers’ complaints and woes, the company launched a campaign called Inspired By You to deal with the upgrading of the network and improved customer care.
