Sharehoders of First Citizens Group Financial Holdings Ltd (FCGFH) will today vote on whether attorney Shankar Bidaisee and seven others will be elected to the board. The special meeting is scheduled for 10 a.m. at the Lord Kitchener (Aldwyn Roberts) Auditorium at the National Academy for the Performing Arts in Port of Spain.
