Kent Western has resigned as chief executive officer of Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago Ltd (TSTT). He was yesterday replaced by Keino Cox, assistant vice-president of Emerging Services and Innovation. Cox was appointed acting CEO with immediate effect.
