Your Board is pleased to report that for the three months ended 31st March, 2025, the Group recorded unaudited profit attributable to equity shareholders of $770 million, exceeding the prior year’s results of $234 million by $536 million or 229%. This increase was mainly attributed to the gain on sale of $651 million as a result of the sale of 100 percent of the shares of Thoma Exploitatie B.V. on 24th January, 2025. This is included in net profit from discontinued operations after taxation.
