The Government plans to appoint a majority of directors to the board of Republic Bank Financial Holdings Ltd, Finance Minister Davendranath Tancoo has said. Tancoo’s statement comes after two directors of Republic Financial Holdings Ltd. (RFHL) have resigned earlier this month.
