Tropical Battery Company Limited has announced the acquisition of a property in Ferry Pen, Kingston 20 for $950 million. The property, “Lot 12 Ferry Pen”, purchased from its majority owner, Diverze Properties Limited, became effective on September 19, 2024, according to a company release.
