Jason Julien has been appointed group chief executive officer of First Citizens Group Financial Holdings, succeeding Karen Darbasie upon her retirement. Julien has served deputy CEO since January 2015. ‘The board of First Citizens Group Financial Holdings Ltd took the decision on Friday, March 28, 2025, to appoint Mr Jason Julien as the new group chief executive officer to replace Ms Karen Darbasie upon her retirement,’ a notice from First Citizens stated.
