Endeavour Holdings Ltd (EHL) yesterday announced that it had been advised by its majority shareholder, Endeavour ABRA Holdings Ltd of the sale by ABRA of 727,500 EHL common shares. In a notice posted on the website of the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange (TTSE), EHL said the sale represented approximately 3 per cent of its outstanding common shares.
