Chief executive officer (CEO) of Heritage Petroleum Company Ltd Erik Keskula says that mature fields face two key challenges: declining production and outdated infrastructure that hinders the use of new technologies. Keskula made the comment yesterday during a short presentation on investing in exploration and development at the Trinidad and Tobago Energy Conference, held at the Hyatt Regency (Trinidad) on Wrightson Road, Port of Spain.
