Energy Minister Dr Roodal Moonilal has downplayed the recent wave of departures at the National Gas Company of T&T Ltd (NGC), describing the resignations as ‘par for the course’. Moonilal made the comment in response to questions from the Express on whether further changes were expected at the company.
