Who will be the chosen one to receive majority support in the House of Representatives to be appointed Prime Minister? That question remains unanswered as People’s National Movement (PNM) MPs emerged from the party’s Parliamentary retreat at a private villa – Peninsula House – in Plantations Tobago which saw outgoing Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley chairing over eight hours of discussions, this issue possibly among them. Day two of the retreat takes place today.
