The official submission of the lists of candidates by political parties to the Guyana Elections Commission (GECOM) is set to take place today. The commission has earmarked July 14 as Nomination Day. The various parties are to submit their lists between10:00hrs to 14:00hrs at the Umana Yana in Kingston, Georgetown.
