Shell Trinidad and Tobago Ltd has made a Final Investment Decision (FID) on the Aphrodite project, an undeveloped gas field in the East Coast Marine Area (ECMA) in Trinidad and Tobago. Production is expected to begin in 2027 with peak output projected at approximately 18,400 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boe/d) (107 MMscf/d).
