TCL Group’s Jamaican subsidiary, Caribbean Cement Company Limited (CCCL), has commissioned its US$42 million Debottleneck Project at its Rockfort facility in East Kingston. Cemex’s regional president for South, Central America, and the Caribbean, Alejandro Ramirez, said the investment underscores the company’s longterm commitment to Jamaica and the wider region.
